As I See It

       One day a wealthy man took his son on a trip to the country so he could have his son see how poor country were, and appreciate what they had. They stayed one day and one night in a very humble farmhouse.

        At the end of the trip and back home the father asked the son:” what did you think of the trip?”

The son replied:” very nice, Dad.”

        Father:” did you notice how poor they were?”

        Son:” yes.”

        Father :” what did you learn?”

        Son:” I learned that we have one dog in the house and they have four. We have a fountain in the garden and they have a stream that has no end. We have lamps in the garden, they have the stars. Our garden goes to the edge of our property; they have the entire horizon as their backyard.”

         At the end of sons reply the father was speechless and his son added:” Thank you for showing me how poor we really are.”

       一天，   一天一位富翁带着儿子去乡下 旅行，想让儿子看看乡下人又多穷。从而珍惜他们所拥的一切。他们在一间十分简陋的农舍里住了一天一夜。

       旅行结束回家后，父亲问儿子：“你觉得这次旅行怎么样？”

       儿子回答道：“非常好，爸爸。”

       父亲又问：“你注意到那里的人有多么穷了吗？”

       儿子说：“是的。”

       父亲接着问道：“那你有什么发现？”

       儿子回答道：“我发现我们家只有一条狗，可是人家却又四条。我们家花园中有一个喷泉，可是人家却有一条没有尽头的小溪。我们家花园里安装的是灯，可人家却有满天的星星，我们家的花园就到宅子的尽头，可是人家的后院确实一望无际。”
